There is a dashboard sheet which provides several Indicators such as BMI, Calorie counts, Nutritional Intake, nutrition, Deficiencies and so forth.

The Tracking of the Activities and Food intake are calculated and presented in the Dashboard file. The Dashboard requires the user to first input some personal information i.e Age, Gender, Weight and expected daily calorie in take. In return the user will then be provided with information relating to their Current BMI and the calorie Intake and Calorie burn.
The BMI uses the Excel Graphing tools to present a Meter for measuring the where the users BMI lies between Under used to Obese.

The rest of the dashboard presents various details on recommended daily in take of Vitamins, Minerals and trace elements including calories and water and also displays where the user is under or over the recommended Intake.
