Internal rate of return on projects

Description
This tool calculates the highest internal rate of return an ranking across 5 projects.

Inputs required for each project as comparative:
Year 0 = Expected cash outflow of investment
Year 1+ = Expected cash inflow/ outflow for each subsequent periods
