This term sheet has been made for investors financing early stage companies. Gust has developed this term sheet with the goal of standardizing a single investment structure, eliminating any doubts to document and finalize an early-stage seed investment.

The intention here was to make a term sheet that was both founder and investor-friendly, striking a balance between Fenwick & West's Series Seed 2.0 Term Sheet, and NVCA's Series A Model Documents.
