Description
The Medical Survey Profile Report Power BI Template is a report that can be used to profile customers based on survey responses and objective grouping. 


This report was built to identify potential donors who meet specific criteria for clinical trials for platelet and blood donations. 


It provides details from customer responses and profiles candidates and compares them to groups. 


The objective is to identify the attributes of donors that fit the clinical trial criteria identified as “Different Groups”.


This report provides location and appointment count slicers to assist with narrowing down the population. In addition, the second tab provides details to each question and response that can be filtered. This report is set up to support medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, hospitals, and clinical trial types of businesses.
