INTUITIVE FIXED ASSETS REGISTER 3.0

Description
The Intuitive Fixed Assets Register 3.0 is an improved version on the Automated Fixed Assets Register released in 2021 on this platform. It is more compact, detailed and is built to ensure a more easier user experience.

It can be used to compile a complete fixed assets register which facilitates recording additions, disposals and revaluations; and automatically calculates depreciation charges. Its key assumption is that depreciation calculations are done on a straight-line basis (I am available to re-adjust to reducing balance basis for a fee). 

In summary, the following can be done:
- Compile a comprehensive fixed asset register with limited input (just a sheet for data entry);
- Automatically calculates depreciation (straight line);
- Accommodates unlimited number of asset codes & asset categories;
- Accommodates an unlimited number of asset revaluations;
- Asset summary by class for financial statement purposes;

- Various data manipulaton using the data entry sheet;
- Efficient and easy to use.


With the Intuitive Fixed Assets Register & Schedule,  all you need is a regular data entry for assets purchased, disposed or revalued; the template takes it up from there.


All manual activities are confined to just a sheet (among the three in the Workbook). Further features can be built-in on demand for a fee.
