Here is a simple loan amortization table designed to calculate the instalment repayment on a loan, split into principal and interest.

This loan amortization table takes into consideration the following inputs;

Amount borrowed
Interest rate
Loan tenor
Repayment start date
Periodicity of repayment (repayment interval)

Simply key in the necessary inputs as stated above and what you have will be a schedule of your loan repayment plan.

The table can take a period of up to 360 months (30years).
