The document introduces the valuation of a company, based on its 2015-2018 Business Plan.

This model was prepared in November 2015 as consequence of the release of the Company's Business Plan.

The model contemplates the analysis of the annual accounts (IS, Balance Sheet and CF).

The methodologies applied to assess its fair value have been:
1. Discount Cash Flow Method.
2. Multiple valuation Method.
3. Gordon Growth Model and H-Model Methods.
4. Asset-Based Valuation Method.

In the end, there is a summary of the result of all valuation methods.

The aim of this model was to assess the fair value of a particular company.

The model is very straightforward where no KPIs or hypothesis but those from the Business Plan have been considered. This model could be adapted to any company very easily.
