FMWC Sample Case #1 Warm-up with AFM

Description
This is a Sample Case for Financial Modeling World Cup competition. The model and sample case are free to be used for Stage 1 FMWC preparation or for your AFM exam. The model covers the Body of Knowledge of FMI provided for AFM designation.

The downloadable file consists of the following:
-Task: excel file with a sample company's financials; word file with Case Description, word file with Questions.
-Solution: excel file with the full Solution model; word file with correct Answers in Bold.
-Comments: before you start drafting the case, we suggest getting acquainted with the comments to the case. It explicitly states the "tricks" and hints to solve the case in a short period of time. Sometimes, it is not only about financial modeling, but also about smart time management and resource management.

Keep in mind that the model awards only 200 points, however the whole FMWC Stage 1 Task will have 1,000 points awarded per Stage. Stage 1 will take place on Sep 18-21, 2020 and there will be three more Stages in 2020. Finals will take place in December, 2020 and winners who have the most points accumulated for 4 Stages in 2020 will share a money prize of $10,000!
