Description
The financial model is a simple model for potential investors keen to venture into the bakery business. It will provide insights as to whether the project is economically viable. It can also be useful to existing bakeries looking to project their future performance and set targets in order to achieve desired results.

In the model, you can adjust the general assumptions such as corporate tax, inflation rate, exchange rates, operating days in a month, cost of equity etc.

Additionally, one can adjust the daily productions of bread and confectionery and plan that into the future.

Unit costs per loaf of bread is also in the assumptions and can be updated accordingly.

Revenue per loaf and confectionery can also be adjusted in the assumptions tab.

The workforce has been included. You can update the number of employees for each role as well as the salaries and wages. Other admin costs such as licenses and permits, office expenses, travel, marketing etc, can also be updated in the assumptions

With respect to capital expenditure, there are three categories:
1. Premises of the Bakery
2. Equipment such as Ovens
3. Motor Vehicles for Distribution

You can update the working capital assumptions such as days of payables, days of receivables as well as days of inventory.

Debt and equity proportions can also be adjusted depending on the desired capital structure.

As output, the model will provide three-part financial statements, financial ratios analyses, IRR, NPV.

The financials are both in monthly format as well as the annualized format.
