Set up your sales strategy for any business in 20 minutes.

Description
* Overview *
This is a new and modern agile tool which uses Sales Excellence approach combined with lean canvas method.
It makes sure you touch all needed topics for your sales strategy like target group, sales USP, sales-channels and pricing.

* How to use *
Print out A0 and put it on a wall.
Invite a group of key stakeholder (recommendation is 5 people)
Introduce canvas and its fields.
Then populate together the canvas with post its from left to right.
Discuss results with more stakeholders.
Derive actions and execute.
Iterate 4 weeks later, then quarterly if needed.

* Remote *
For remote work, the recommendation is to import the canvas to miro and then use it there. It might work with other tools as well.

* University *
The canvas is devloped in connection with my courses in the University and testdriven with various students and companies. Although, on a regular base it is iterated and updated.
