This financial model is best suited for subscription-based business. The model is flexible and can be adopted to any business that have recurring revenues like web apps, rentals, memberships…
The current financial model allows you to include a mix on monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual billing.
All the main model assumptions are included in a single sheet called “Inputs”. Once in “Inputs” sheet, user is guided to fill up the inputs by answering to a set of questions and then enter the relevant values in cells color coded in light yellow.
Once assumptions are defined in the “Inputs” sheet, the model will be populated automatically and create up to 10 years of financial projections.
The key assumptions and results are presented in form of dynamic charts and tables in the “Dashboard”
Model also include a one pager pitch sheet. Use should define once the text boxes for the general description of the business then the financing section will be populated automatically.
The Model was created in Microsoft Excel and is based on best practice financial modelling standards.
The Financial model contains 16 worksheets which are dynamically linked. Guide: Contains the color codes used in the model, model structure and macros used in the model are listed in this worksheet.
Tracker : Aims to keep a track of the changes through multiple versions
Pitch: enables users to quickly produce a one pager business plan. User should only complete the text boxes related to the brief description of the business and the financing section will be populated automatically from the model.
