A Non-Disclosure Agreement, also known as a Confidentiality Agreement is a written contract that creates a legally binding contract between at least two parties - a Disclosing and Receiving party. The agreement outlines the confidential information that can only be discussed between the parties within the agreement, and is restricted to third parties.

This template is a basic NDA agreement. Simply add your details where there are underlined gaps and remove all 'ABC Company' and add the name of your company instead.
