This video explains how to use the balanced scorecard concept in your strategic plan, with examples.

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a useful tool that helps you monitor your strategic initiatives and KPIs as part of your strategic plan. It takes into consideration your goals in terms of finance, customers, internal processes and learning & growth. The tool makes it a lot easier to track your goals in each of these areas.

- Your targets
- Your initiatives
