The Complete Valuation Templates Bundle

This bundle of valuation templates offers a variety of corporate caluculations.

Description
This collection of valuation templates is a great resource for completing an exhaustive LBO valuation for a business. When bought seperately, these models total $130!

- Generic Forecast Financial Excel Model Template
This forecast model can be customised in order to analyse different metrics during the valuation of a business. There is both a profit and loss sheet, and a balance sheet. On the former, one can include staff costs, rent and rates, maintenance and repairs, professional fees, among others. Calculations take into account VAT, corporation tax, interest accumulated, capital expenditure (/ depreciation), and dividends.
This model template also comes with instructions in the form of a powerpoint presentation.

- Quick Valuation: Net Present Value (NPV) Calculator
The Net Present Value is a crucial variable when calculating the worth of a business. The calculator enables the user to work out what the free cash flows are currently, and then how they may adjust over time.

- Generic LBO (Leveraged Buyout) Excel Model Template
This model enables the user to enter transaction and exit assumptions, along with the core operating assumptions, in order to calculate a leverage buyout.
Included in the core operations are 3 sales divisions and an option to add monthly seasonal trends.
Included in the exit assumptions are the exit date, the exit EBITDA multiple, and transaction costs.
Transaction assumptions include the purchase price EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortisation) multiple, assumptions around the cash remaining, transaction costs and the mix of funding sources – which incorporates equity, senior debt, and deferred consideration via a vendor loan.
This model template also comes with instructions in the form of a powerpoint presentation.

- WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) Excel Calculator
The WACC can be used in a discounted cash flow (DCF) as a discount rate. It evaluates the cost of capital needed in a company. The calculator produces the cost of equity, the cost of debt, and the WACC.

Combined, these model templates and calculators provide a thorough analysis of a company’s finances and value. These can be applied to an LBO valuation in order to get a better idea of the figures surrounding the purchase of a business.
