Project Management Dasboard

Description
This project management dashboard template is designed to help you in meeting project-oriented goals with quantifiable project management metrics like financial status, risk mitigation, deadlines, etc. The template provides here include all the key performance indicators required for project management: a gantt chart, a comparison of time to completion and estimated timing, a financial metric to compare budget and projected costs, a risk analysis dashboard that visualize issues and showstoppers, a picture of pending and open actions and a detailed project report with responsibles persons in charge for each task.
All graphics are updated by filling in a single tab at the bottom right of the file called "Project Data Input"
Each graphic allows to have a clear situation of different aspects of the project and to assess the health of it in terms of time to completio and identification of the tasks that are running long, number of issues affecting each single tasks and effectivity of the remediations, budget allocated to each step of the project and related spending, number of risks, severity, number of issues associated to each risks.

All of these data can be included in one single spreadsheet.
