Share Certificate Template

Description
A share certificate accredits the named person as a company member. The class and number of shares they own provides proof that they have access to said shares and prevents the risk of the shareholder's name being fraudulently removed. Despite the certificate, shares will still need to be transferred correctly and the details of the new shareholder still needs to be added to the member register. Companies Act state that an organisation must create a share certificate for a shareholder within two months of the transfer date.
