The techniques we will show are used in combination by many famous firms. For example, Tesla is using enabling investments, innovative revenue streams, innovative sales channels, and going down the value chain (production of batteries).
Amazon on the other hand has transformed many costs positions into revenues, has been also transferring a lot of costs to suppliers or customers. There are also great at simplification (e.g. 1-click purchase, Amazon Prime), as well as digitalization (Kindle, Amazon Video, Audible, Alexa, AWS).
