This bundle enables developers, advisors and investors to evaluate utility-scale projects across every major renewable energy technology — solar PV, onshore wind, standalone BESS, offshore wind and elevated agrivoltaic — and aggregate their results into a single consolidated portfolio view, without building any of the six tools from scratch. Each project model produces IRR, NPV, DSCR and a full 20 or 25-year cash flow with country-specific calibration and scenario comparison. The Portfolio Manager aggregates those outputs into a CapEx-weighted portfolio IRR, total NPV, technology breakdown and DSCR traffic light across up to 50 active projects of any technology mix.
This bundle is best suited to professionals who work across multiple utility-scale renewable technologies and need a consistent, auditable modelling approach for each one. It works particularly well for mixed pipelines where solar, wind, storage and offshore or agrivoltaic projects appear alongside each other and a single consolidated view is required for reporting or transaction purposes. It is also the most efficient purchase for advisors or developers who would otherwise buy individual models progressively — the bundle provides the complete toolkit at once, including technologies that may not be in the current pipeline but will be relevant as the market evolves.
This bundle covers utility-scale technologies only and is not designed for commercial and industrial solar, residential PV or distributed generation, which have fundamentally different economics. The Offshore Wind model covers fixed-bottom configurations only and is not suited to floating offshore wind. Neither the individual models nor the Portfolio Manager replace full project finance models, environmental assessments or grid connection studies required for a final investment or financing decision. All models require project-specific data as inputs and should be supplemented with site-specific technical, legal and financial advice before any transaction.
