 INITIAL SETUP & EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
* Shift Definitions: To change shift names or times (e.g., Type 1, Type 2), update the datasheet in January. The changes will automatically propagate to all subsequent months.
* Public Holidays: Enter national holidays in the Monthly Holidays section.
* Adding Employees: Click the designated button to automatically add an employee across all sheets.
* Deleting Employees: To delete an employee from all sheets, simply delete their corresponding row in the January POPULATING THE CHART
* Shift Codes: Use the predefined codes from the legend (e.g., D = Day Off, V = Vacation, H = Sick/Hospital).
* Color Coding: Cells change color automatically based on the entered data for a clear visual overview.
* Real-time Calculations: The "Total Hours" and "Balance" columns update in real time. ADVANCED SHIFT AND WORKING TIME MANAGEMENT
The system supports professional scheduling models, including complex rotations:
* 24-hour shifts: 24 hours on duty / 72 hours (3 days) off.
* 12-hour shifts: Two 12-hour shifts / 48 hours (2 days) off.
* Quarterly Tracking: Tracks hours over a 3-month period to monitor overtime or deficits in compliance with labor regulations.
* Automated Balancing: Automatically calculates the Quarterly Total and Quarterly Norm.

PRINT, PROTECT, AND EXPORT
* Print Setup: Press [Ctrl + P]. The file is pre-optimized for A4 landscape format and will automatically fit the entire schedule onto a single page.
* Save as PDF: Use the "Export" feature to generate monthly PDF reports.
> Important Note: January acts as the master sheet where you add, delete, and configure employee names and types. Subsequent daily schedule modifications should be managed within each specific month.
