These slides represent some of the mainstream Change Management Models and Methodologies. They are displayed in a “snapshot” format:


Slide 1 ... The name of the model/methodology and the name and picture of who developed it
Slide 2 … A short introduction of who developed the model and some context
Slide 3 … A high-level explanation of what each of the model components consists of.


The slides are merely for reference and research purposes and do not include details of the model and in what context it could/should be used.


These models & methodologies include Prosci's 3-Phase and ADAKAR, Kotter's 8-Steps, my own Practical Framework Approach  to Change, Kurt Lewis, Unfreez, Change, Refreeze, McKinsey's 7-S Framework, Bridges Transition Model, GE Change Acceleration Process, Knoster's Model for Managing Complex Change, Cooperiders Appreciative Enquiry, Beckhard and Harris Change Equation, LaMarsh Managed Change Model etc.
