This easy to use excel tool allows you to consolidate all your actions in a single action plan with KPIs and graphs for monitoring progress:

Total number of actions defined
Number of actions carried out
Number of overdue actions
Number of canceled shares
Current progress (%): Number of actions with status "Done" divide by the total number of actions not canceled
Target Progress (%):% Progress = (Number of overdue actions + Number of actions without due date) divided by the total number of actions not canceled

The tool also displays the number of days remaining before the deadline for an action or the number of days late if the deadline is exceeded
