This Excel template allows you to monitor the progress of several projects at the same time, track expenses and delay, evaluate teams or subcontractors according to the progress of their assigned tasks and spot possible problems.

-  You can filter the report by project, task status, task priority, team, or subcontractor and by deadline.


Using this tool is very easy:

Template Requirements and How to Use:
- Works on PC with Windows.
- Does not work or may not work on a MAC.
