This Excel template is an analysis report that allows you to manage your fleet vehicles with the following features:


• Track vehicles KPIs: inventory, average age, mileage, damages, costs, maintenance, and driver assignments.
• Visualize renewal reminders: end of leasing, renting, insurance, safety inspection and driving licenses.
• Monitor vehicle damages and accidents by vehicle and by driver.
• Record and track preventative maintenance based on vehicle mileage.
• Monitor expenses by type of expense, type of vehicle and by vehicle: fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance, spare parts, etc.
• Schedule and visualize day by day, vehicle assignment to drivers and available vehicles.
• Track driver performance: driver schedule, total travelled distance, average travelled distance, and registered accidents.


Using this template is very easy:
You just need to enter regularly:
• Vehicle fleet data
• Maintenance and registered damages data
• Vehicle fleet expenses

Template Requirements:
• Works on PC with Windows.
• Does not work on a MAC.
