Automated product distribution (batch of products) across a general sample

This template automates distribution of a batch of X products across a general sample of Y. The size of X and Y is variable

Description
This template is designed to demonstrate how to allocate a standard batch of products across a general sample. It can be applied to various scenarios where you need to distribute different types of products among different customers or recipients.
The template assumes a standard batch size of 10 products, with the example products being olives, mangos, and cucumbers. However, it is flexible, allowing you to adjust the number of products in the standard batch and the size of the general sample according to your specific requirements.
One of the key benefits of this template is its ability to automatically recalculate the allocations based on your changes. If you modify the quantities of the individual products or adjust the size of the general sample, the template will adapt accordingly.
To achieve this functionality, the template utilizes a combination of the XLOOKUP and MOD formulas. XLOOKUP is used to match the product types and allocate them evenly across the general sample, while MOD helps distribute any remaining products if the total quantity is not divisible by the batch size.
By using this template, you can efficiently manage and model the distribution of different products across a wide range of customers or recipients. It provides a convenient and adaptable solution for allocation scenarios in sales or distribution contexts.
