This project presents a comprehensive sales analysis of a coffee shop using Microsoft Excel, demonstrating practical data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard development skills. The objective is to transform raw sales data into meaningful insights that help business owners understand customer behavior, sales performance, and operational trends. The dashboard provides a clear overview of key business metrics through an interactive and user-friendly interface.
The analysis covers several key performance indicators, including total sales by month, weekday, quarter, and hour to identify seasonal patterns and peak business hours. It also evaluates sales by product category, product size, store location, top five best-selling products, and total transactions across multiple branches. These metrics enable users to monitor performance, compare results, and make informed business decisions.

The raw dataset was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, where duplicates were removed, missing values were handled, and the data was prepared for analysis. Pivot Tables, Power Pivot (DAX Measures), interactive Slicers, and professional Excel charts were used to create a dynamic dashboard that allows users to filter and explore sales data from different perspectives.
This project demonstrates how Microsoft Excel can serve as a powerful and cost-effective business intelligence tool without requiring advanced programming knowledge.
