Description
Growing groups manage cash through separate Xero or ERP entities, leaving treasury teams to assemble liquidity views after settlement decisions have moved. This control tower provides a Microsoft Excel framework for converting reviewed bank, receivable, payable, payroll, tax, and intercompany records into a consolidated weekly operating view.
The 13-week direct cash engine models receipts and disbursements in their expected settlement week. Opening balances, entity minimum-cash buffers, weekly net movement, closing cash, and runway remain visible at entity levels through a dynamic selector. A linked 12-month driver engine extends the near-term view using governed revenue, collection, payment, payroll, tax, and working-capital assumptions.
Intercompany liquidity is controlled through a bilateral transfer bridge. Each transfer identifies both counterparties, due-to and due-from positions remain visible, and the group elimination delta is expected to equal zero. This structure helps expose missing, duplicated, or one-sided entries before they distort consolidated liquidity.
Five integrity gates test the opening-cash tie-out, intercompany elimination, direct-versus-driver convergence, minimum-buffer exceptions, and representative K1-to-K2-to-K3 formula lineage. Charts present the weekly liquidity waterfall and monthly outlook without claiming a live connection to Xero. Reviewed exports are mapped into marked input tables, while illustrative sample data support onboarding.
The package contains the production workbook, Enterprise User Manual, Quick-Start Guide, Treasury Governance Sign-Off Template, and sample dataset. Users receive workflows for source preparation, assumption ownership, forecast refresh, exception review, reconciliation, and governance sign-off.
The model is designed for CFOs, Financial Controllers, treasury leads, and finance teams coordinating operating or shared-service entities. It supports forecasting and review; it does not replace judgment, source validation, or controls. Published by Enterprise Finance Control Systems under the CPA-Engineered Enterprise Series. Engineered by Luke A., CPA.
