The Testing Card
This helps you to test and validate your ideas before going all in.
The whole point of the Lean Startup movement is to legitimize your business ideas with tests or experiments done with customers before going all in. This straightforward tool has been invented to improve the structure and design of these tests. An explanatory video has also been made to help.
Sometimes, despite talking to lots of customers, you come away having not learned as much as you'd hoped. It's easy to fall into a hole of disorganization in the mix of meaningful tasks. The aim of the Test Card is to force yourself to ask outright the following questions:
-What needs to apply for your idea to be successful? (hypothesis)
-How will you examine if these assumptions are true or false?
-How is validity/invalidity of your hypothesis going to be measured?
-What do you define as success?
It will be necessary to draw up and complete numerous Test Cards to conclude that your idea is valid.
This business tool includes
1 Test Card PDF, 1 Explanatory Video
