The Appointment Capacity Dashboard Template is a report that can be used to manage office appointment, capacity planning, and rescheduling. This report was created to provide visibility to appointments and employees. It provides a 30 day look back of Peak days of the week and times where appointments are booked. This outlook can identify popular times customer prefer to schedule appointments and critical times to make sure the office is always staffed. The data format provides direction to employees when there is a scheduled absence. The scheduled section displays contact information to assist with staffing and rescheduling efforts. It provides a “This Week” and “Next Week” outlook of office operations, that can be easily adjusted. Finally the report can report status of the appointments for the week.

The Appointment Capacity Dashboard Template contains pre-made csv documents datasets based on Salesforce, Oracle Health data models and manual data to populate the schedule. These data sets were recreated and simplified to provide the maximum use of the appointment capacity dashboard with very little criteria.
