Description
Term sheets are generally used in order to come to an agreement on the main terms and conditions of a potential investment, that each party agrees will be the basis of the proposed investment agreement.

It will require signatures from both the investor and the entrepreneur, however it is non-binding. What it does do though is provide a basis for confidentiality and agreement that one another will not engage in other investment negotiations.
