3 step approach to making a decision to quit or not quit your job

This is manual is aiming to help you to make a decision to quit or not to quit your current job

Description
Decision making is not always an easy process, especially if it is about things like your profession.

Sometimes it's about you making a decision for yourself or sometimes it's other people coming to you asking for your advice. I came to realize that instead of telling others what to do, it's better to ask them questions and make them find the answer by themselves. Same stands for you, if you need to make a decisions, instead of thinking too much, ask yourself the right questions and it's even better if you can write them down and write your answers. You will see that by honestly answering questions, you will find the best solution.

This manual is a 3 step approach aiming to help you to make a decision to quit or not to quit your current job. It's basically a 3 Yes/No questions that will lead to two option "Stay" or "Quit".

Here are the 3 questions but I strongly advise you to download the write-up and read the full description.

Question 1: Are you sure the problem is not you?
Question 2: Do you think it will help if you talk to your supervisor about it?
Question 3: Are you still learning in your job?

My final message in this poste is : Keep the fire in your belly and know that you deserve respect, progress, and joy in your workplace.
