Description
A bus bar is a strip of metal that is used to conduct electricity within a distribution board, electrical substation, electric switchboard, and other electrical equipment. It is generally a hollow or flat piece of brass, copper, or aluminium. Because of its large surface area, it allows heat to be omitted quickly.
