This is an easy to use loan amortization spreadsheet for all individuals who have taken on a loan or who are planing to take a loan from a bank or any other financial institution.

It's straightforward, just enter the inputs values in the BLUE cells and the spreadsheet will automatically calculate your payments per month for the loan and how much of principle and interest you are paying.

In EMI or PMT, you just have to adapt the three values in BLUE i,e. amount borrowed, tenure, and rate of interest.

I have created the spreadsheet taking the amount of 4 lac and a tenure of 7 years with an interest rate of 11%.

The spreadsheet is fully formulated and will calculate all the effective calculations i.e. Payment per month, interest p.m and principle p.m.
