Actual Training Hours: The total training hours completed within a specific training schedule.
Training Cost: The cost of the training program, calculated by multiplying the hourly training cost by the actual training hours.
Accumulated Training Hours: The cumulative sum of training hours attained for a particular program.
Training Program Completion Percentage: A measure of progress, representing the ratio of completed program training hours to the accumulated training hours.
Hourly Cost Per Trainee: The cost of training one trainee for one hour.
Skill Level: A term used to assess an individual's knowledge and expertise in a specific subject.

Begin by entering your trainee list and department details. Define training locations as "Indoor/Outdoor" 1." Record program specifics, including the trainer's name, program details, training hours, and cost per trainee.
 
Your Validations directly influences the Data source, providing dropdown lists for data entry. Switch to the Data sheet to input event details, with some data requiring manual entry and others via dropdown lists. Note that gray cells contain calculations, and only white cells are for data and dropdown selection. Update charts through keyborad shortcut key and access a skill matrix for comprehensive analysis.
