Writing the Executive Summary: How to Stand Out From the Crowd

Learn how to stand out from the crowd with your executive summary by Craig Dye and Culin Tate.

Description
Director of Mtech VentureAccelerator Program at the University of Maryland, Craig Dye, discusses his secrets to creating a great executive summary. This workshop is prefaced by co-founder of CoFoundersLab, Culin Tate. Originally a lecture for students on how to intrigue judges for their business plan competition finals, but includes insights and advice that can be used by all.

An executive summary should contain the same basic information (company description, value proposition etc.) but should present this information in a way that is more exciting and memorable - this is where the difficulty lies. This video will teach you how to generate intrigue with your executive summary.
