Aligned Strategy Development: How to create a strategic plan from scratch.

Are you wanting to learn how to create a strategic plan that will focus and align your team? Follow our proven process.

Description
Any organization can create a strategic plan by using a template, but what's missing is a clear structure and framework to make sure the team buys into the process and the plan gets executed.

In this course we go over the strategic planning process we have used with companies all over the world to help them create a clear vision, mission, values, strategic goals and action plans.

Most importantly, it's a plan that helps the organization stay focused and ultimately accomplish their goals.

If you want to create a plan that gets executed the first time, that builds momentum, and that your team buys into. Enroll in our course today.

The course is broken up into 6 modules:

1) Where are we now: "A current state" analysis where we go over a SWOT and PESTLE analysis, and why it's critical to the foundation of your strategic plan.

2) Where are we going: "Future State" Vision, Mission and Values, and how when done right, these factors are more important to your plan than the actions themselves.

3) What is going to get in our way: Our plan should be shaped by the risks in the way of accomplishing it, not what we feel we should do before creating your strategic plan. A risk register is a great tool to align your team around a shared understanding of what needs to be done next.

4) What do we need to do, to get where we want to go: "strategic priorities, goals and Action items". This is the part of the strategic planning process where the rubber hits the road, and you finish formulating your plans.

5) Next Steps: Now that you have your plan complete, there are a few steps you should take before you start moving forward with the execution.Project management, sharing and communicating the plan with your team, and setting a framework for execution are key to setting you up for success.

5) How are we doing? If you want your strategic plan to be successful, you need to stay on top of it, and you need to keep re-aligning your team. We'll share our best practices on how to develop change within your organization.

This Best Practice includes
10 videos, and 6 workbooks and templaes.
