This is an excellent time management and document management Excel macro, that will help you move multiple files to various folders and subfolders, all at once!

--- THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
When you have multiple documents in the same folder and you need them grouped by a certain criterion (owner, location, time, etc.), you can use this Excel Macro to move the files. This works the same for any folder and sub-folder hierarchy.
I use this whenever I have multiple letters that I need to share with different Managers, so I group the documents by each manager's name.
--- HOW IT WORKS
You need to enter the location (folder path) of the document, and then the location where all the subfolders are.
Then enter the list of file names (I have an automatic tool for that too!) and assign each a folder.
Run the macro, and all the files will be moved to folders instantly!
