This tool provides a simple form to collect your organizations Headcount Requests

Description
This tool provides a simple form to collect your organizations Headcount Requests. A great tool to gather requests for headcount. Once a request has been made a record will be added to the Headcount Log to help manage outstanding Headcount requests. This log can then be reviewed by your organizations Headcount committee and then routed to your Recruiting function.

Instructions:

1. To use the tool start by updating the 3 tables in the Validation tab. There is a table for your organizations Jobs Titles, Supervisor List and Location.

Using these lists the Headcount Request form will require the individual requesting a Headcount to provide:
a) The position [Job Title]
b) Who the position will report to [Supervisor]
c) What facility the position will be located [Location]
d) When the position needs to be filled by [Desired Start Date]
e) Whether the position is a Backfill or a New Position [Reason for Request]

Once the HC Request Form has been completed the requestor will click SUBMIT to initiate the request. If there are multiple requests the requestor can click CLEAR to reset the form and make their additional request.
