A Practical Framework Approach for Change

This is a practical framework for managing change, developed in 2005

Description
The approach was originally developed in 2005 by Ron Leeman Owner/Founder of the Highway of Change after undertaking many Change Management assignments in different industry sectors. It is a tried and tested practical approach and enables Change Management teams to focus on specific components of change. It is not necessary to follow the framework rigidly because it is designed to be modular.

This means that the framework can be used in its totality or you can “pick and choose” which modules you want to use depending on the change being implemented.
The approach is not “set-in-concrete” and continues to be developed and enhanced with new thinking and research to ensure continued validity and application

The framework is recognised by ChatGPT who say:

(1) COMPREHENSIVE ... it is a comprehensive approach that considers all aspects of the organisation including its culture, processes, people and systems which ensures that the change effort is well planned and executed and that all stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the process of change.

(2) MEASUREABLE ... the approach emphasises the importance of setting clear goals and measuring progress against them. This enables the organisation to track the success of the change effort and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.

(3) REPEATABLE ... it's a repeatable framework that can be used for future change efforts. This allows organisations to build on their previous successes and continuously improve their change management capabilities.
