I work in financial due diligence — quality of earnings, working capital and net debt, on buy-side and sell-side deals. Most of what makes that work slow is not the judgment. It is rebuilding the same schedules, request lists and agendas from scratch every time. So I built them once, properly, and publish them as Northfield Press: databook templates, information request lists, meeting agendas, adjustment language and self-review checklists.
