Description
I built this tool as a way for any organization to take a step back every once and awhile to see how ready their business is to be sold and if so, how likely it is to command maximum valuations. You can use this tool to analyze potential business acquisitions as well.
The scoring system is based on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best or 'Excellent' and 1 being poor. The user can also assign weights to all main categories and sub-categories. There are a total of 7 main categories and 24 sub-categories. If any given section is not relevant, simply give it a weight of 0 and it won't count in the overall scores.
The final summary is formatted to be printed if necessary.
