Using Myob Data in Excel

Using Myob Data in excel and gaining the correct format and structure.

Description
Use of this tool:

if you use the export method see: https://www.eloquens.com/tool/24l2hXkY/leadership-hr-human-resources-tips-and-methods/productivity/how-to-quickly-export-myob-data-to-excel

You will get myob data into your excel document but you will need to modify it so it can be easily used with all of excel's features. With the manipulation supplied in the document you can just paste your own data over the current myob export and watch as it transforms it into easy to use excel formatted information on the data export page.

With this you can then easily reference or further manipulate the data.

Additionally the table provided shows the use of both Year to date and Month to date formula for the users own benefit. Both of these can be updated where the date is supplied if the user wants to see first hand how to method works.

Tip: For best results make sure you keep checking your referencing area for new data. You do not want to be referencing a data sample which is now only half in size.

If you want to see any further manipulation that can be done with the data comment below.
