General Business Valuation Matrix

Description
If you are looking to acquire or sell a business, this financial model is going to help you come up with a range of potential values that said business could be worth. It doesn't matter if you have a small business that you've run for 20 years or if this is a large corporate enterprise with millions or hundreds of millions in revenues, the model is great for any size.

The four methodologies used are:
1. SDE (Sellers Discretionary Income)
2. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization)
3. Revenue
4. DCF Valuation (discounted cash flow)

What makes this template different is the following:
1. Bottom-up calculations that take you through how to calculate the above valuation basis. This means you get details on how to calculate SDE, EBITDA, and DCF (revenue is self-explanatory and simply entered from the income statement 'revenue' line item)
2. Unique visualizations that give a clear view of the valuation ranges by methodology.
3. Editable inputs for the multiples used in each methodology and the discount rates for the DCF method. 

You adjust the high-level inputs that are pulled from the businesses financials and use rules of thumb multiple ranges, the model then does all the calculations for you and produces a printable visualization that displays 24 possible values ranging from low to high.
