The Pricing-Quality Strategic Matrix, also called the "Nine Quality Pricing Strategy", was introduced by Prof. Philip Kotler an American Marketing Expert, considered as the "Father of Modern Marketing". The Framework was initially published in 1994 in his book "Marketing Management: Analysis, Planning, Implementation and Control".
