A simple 3 steps process to improve employee performance, engagement and retention

Description
Leadership is about leading people to perform at their highest level and this requires an understanding of the role of leaders and managers to trigger superior results. In the video and PDF I walk you through focusing on the needs of employees and how to fill those needs. When employees feel all their needs are being met, they feel secure and want to perform well and stay. This is becasue they are having a good experience so they are motivated. Once leaders determine the needs of employees, goals can be set to meet the needs and improve the employee work experience. I include here a way to determine employee needs that will illicit a buyin from management as well as employees. Once the highest priority need is determined, two goals can be set. One for the organization so there is follow-up and accountability, and one personal goal for each leader/manager to work on according to their individual makeup.
