The Timesheet Template has the following features:

Our simple data entry means that you only need to enter Time In, Time Out and Break Duration (minutes) per employee per day.

The template supports common time tracking policies, meaning there are three tiers of time and pay rates for you to customize (.e.g Regular, Overtime and Double Overtime). It allows for daily and weekly overtime limits, as well as different overtime rules and policy for weekends and holidays. The template also supports customizing a weekend selection, week begin date and holidays. (Also supports 7th day policy – California State rule, if needed.)

With this template, you can generate 4 timesheets – weekly, biweekly, monthly, and custom date range. If you choose to customize the timesheet, it must be <=31 days.

It is also possible to customize the currency and insert a logo as you wish.

Limitations:

• All employees must be subject to the same rules and pay rates (if some employees have different payrates, please use a separate file for them).
• Pay rates must be fixed during the pay period.
• Tracking time may be up to 1 year.
