Portfolio Modelling Tool

Description
This template for a Portfolio Modelling Tool is created to help you understand how an early stage investment portfolio may perform. This template is easy to follow and has a column at the right-hand side to help you understand any terminology. Simply edit the document and add to it as you wish.

The document contains two key areas where you add information into it. The first is 'Total Investment in each company' and the second 'Type of exit and returns' for each business. The returns are calculated along with the returns based on your inputs. You can enter the data into the cells filled in yellow. The grey ones contain formulas so should not be changed.
