ATM Machines - 10 Year Financial Excel Model Template

Scale out the purchase of ATM machines at various locations with deal level variable configuration. Includes 3-statement model and cap table.

Description
Recent Update: Fully integrated monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), capex, and cap table.

This has a set of input assumption tabs and resulting summaries. Here are all the tabs included and a general overview of how they work together. Note if anything is not applicable, it can be easily zeroed out.

1. Index tab - defines what is on each other tab.

2. Control - Define project start month/end month (up to 10 years), exit multiple on revenue, debt / equity, and valuation of investor equity if applicable.

3. Revenue - Up to 27 tranches of ATM purchases drive revenue. Inputs per tranche here include transaction fees, merchant fees, count of ATMs, cost per ATM, average transactions per day, and sales tax. This tab is also what drives the cash required for ATM purchases over time based on the month selected for each tranche.

4. Fee Matrix - a tab that is all formulas and drives the dynamic nature of the tranches (including depreciation)

5. Running Costs - Define fixed monthly expenses and the month those expenses start. You will enter the monthly amount in each of the 10 years. Also has assumptions for average repair/maintenance per machine, processing fee, and useful life.

6. Other Startup Costs - A specific area to define any other startup costs (outside of ATM purchases)

7. CapEx - A specific area to identify future cash outlays that happen in a given month (outside of ATM purchases).

8. Debt - standard debt schedule that dynamically flows through the model per assumptions.

9. Visuals - A tone of visuals.

10. Distributions - A breakdown of cash flow at the deal level and for the owner/investor pools. Includes a DCF analysis and IRR.

11. Executive Summary - A high level financial summary of key line items (revenue, COGS/Expenses/EBITDA/other cash flow items)

12. Break-even - Expected revenue required per each year of operation in order to break even.

13. Monthly P&L - This is where the result of all the assumption tabs populate on a monthly basis.

14. Annual P&L - Populates based on the monthly summary and this power the executive and distribution summaries.
