This financial model template allows for up to 5 years of financial planning for a car wash business. There are monthly and annual P&L details, an executive summary, distribution summary, IRR / equity multiples / DCF analysis and lots of visuals.

Expense Assumptions:
1. Variable Costs - built based on $ cost per car per month and configurable over 5 years.
2. Fixed costs - define the monthly $ cost per month over 5 years.
3. Startup costs - define each item and the $ cost amount.

Revenue Assumptions:
1. Define the starting yearly car count.
2. Configure the % increase per year.
3. Define the % of cars that fall into each car wash type.
4. Define the $ price of each car wash type.
5. Define the number of minutes each car wash type takes.
6. Configure the % of total car volume that happens in each month over the course of a year.
7. Sensitivity exists so on the assumptions tab for revenue you can make sure the actual capacity used per the assumptions don't go over the maximum available capacity (per the hours open per day/days open per month/count of locations)Note, you can also enter a month input that defines when operations start in the first operating year.
8. Define memberships added per month and the monthly price per wash type.9. For memberships, you can define up to 6 membership types, the monthly price, the number of customers signing up per month, and more.

Assumptions exist for funding sources (debt/investor equity/owner equity) and an exit month.

Conditional formatting was implemented and will highlight red on any month where the configured assumptions result in more cars coming through in a month than is physically possible.

Zero out anything that is not applicable.
