Tenant Management Template for Monthly Reporting

A monthly printable report that automatically updates as data is changed about tenants and monthly rent. Compatible for 1,000+ unit properties.

Description
This is a simple two-tab template that makes it easy for property managers to keep track of tenants, their monthly payments, past due amounts, disputes, and maintenance requests as well as vacancy rates. All relevant data just needs to be loaded into the appropriate columns and then the monthly report will calculate all relevant values.

If you want to use this for ongoing reporting, simply keep a blank report tab that you keep making new duplicate tabs from for each new month. Once a month is complete and the report is ready, just copy and paste values only for that tab to lock the data for that month.

As the data is changed for a given tenant row, the summary report formulas automatically adjust. There is only a single formula on the database tab that calculates the month each lease is up based on start month and lease term. That goes down to 2,000 rows and then the formulas on the report tab default for 25,000 rows, which should be plenty for any operation.

I added a Google Sheet version that is included in the download (the link is in the file) and on that there are additional filter tabs that will automatically show tenant information based on specific criteria being met such as all delinquent accounts, upcoming renewals, tenants with pets, tenant disputes, and maintenance issues. These tabs have dynamic array filters built into them that automatically update and pull from the database tab as data is changed.
