Project Management Bundle

A bundle of 5 Project Management Template slides for Project Managers, Directors and Leadership teams in Businesses & Startups.

Description
During my experience as VP Venture Building at adVentures Venture Studio, I have managed dozens of major projects (multi-partners, short & long term, technology based, multi-themed...). During these projects, I was led to create several PowerPoint Slides to communicate what we were planning to accomplish, and how things were going on the way.

Given their on-the-job pertinence and positive feedback, I've created here a Project Management Bundle with all the slides that I've built and that can easily be re-used by professionals.

This bundle includes a constantly updated list of the best project management templates from my professional experience, for a project manager to use on the job.

Please find the list below:

Project Phases Timeline Slide Template
Project Deliverables Presentation Template Deck
Project Impact on Business Growth Template Slide
✅ Project Phases & Deliverables Completion Tracking Template Slide
Risk (Likelihood-Consequence) Assessment Matrix Template

About Project Management :

Project management is the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver something of value to people. It involves planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals and objectives within a defined scope, time, and budget. Project management can be applied to a wide range of fields, including construction, software development, event planning, and more.

The key components of project management include:

1. Initiation: Defining the project's purpose, objectives, and scope.
2. Planning: Developing a detailed plan that outlines the steps needed to achieve the project's goals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Execution: Implementing the project plan, managing the team, and coordinating tasks.
4. Monitoring and Controlling: Tracking progress, managing risks, and making adjustments as needed to ensure the project stays on track.
5. Closure: Completing the project, evaluating its success, and documenting lessons learned.

Effective project management helps ensure that projects are completed successfully and efficiently, meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
